Kotodama literally means "The spirit of words". They are words which east Asian cultures believe to have a magical effect on the world. Kotodama are sometimes referred to as "Power Words" and are believed to have great strength in affecting our environment, mind, body, and soul. These words are supposedly reached through enlightenment or when a kami (god) grants a person the use of a Kotodama.

Ahh conceptual work after a while...
About the shot... This is one of those shots that turned out VERY different from the original concept. But in this case, I like it. ^^

Umm the cylinder thingy is actually a simple mangekyou/kaleidoscope (I love it to death! ), in case you wonder, and the poetry cards are from my Hyakunin Isshu set. ^w^
While the red thread... I believe most of you knows about that already.
Obi is a mess, hope no one minds.
